1. Begin by completing your application

The Application for Enrollment is in pdf file format and can be filled out on your computer as a form before you print it.

Follow the directions carefully.  Be sure the form is completely filled out.

Housing options are a part of the application form.

Print the two pages - don't forget your signature and date the bottom of page 1.

2. Submit your application

• E-mail a scanned copy of your application to info@esi.edu
• Fax your completed application to 510-629-6774
• Mail your application directly to our address

Are you are applying for full-time study on an F-1 student visa?

You will need to obtain a current bank statement to submit with your application.

Are you transferring from another school in the U.S?

Please print the Transfer Verification Form and send to your school.

3. Get Your Visa

Contact your local U.S. Consulate or Embassy to prepare for the visa process.
